I like to call this FFCCP
After doing the Agg, Pop, Sex stuff, I wondered to myself 'I wonder how many celebrities vs family vs etc appear?'. So I made this. This one, however, is actually a pretty good indicator as to what was going on in my life.
The 'definitions' for each category pretty much speak for the themselves, but just for clarity:
Family - anyone I'm related to by blood or marriage (dad, mum, brother, uncle, great grandmother etc)
Friend - people who I'm friends with at the time. As soon as we are no longer friends, I no longer count them as friends.
Celebrity - Famous people (actors, singers, bands, serial killers, people from reality shows)
Crushes - Whoever I have a crush on at the time.
Pets - Our pets (ours, mums, Poochini's).
FFCCP - the first 3200 dreams
Family:
General trend: Well, it's increasing. It is high, and consistent, because the only time I'm ever away from family is when I'm at school/uni. I never go out, and if I do, I never go without family. So, I see family every day and while I spend 95% of my day in my room, alone, I see them when I go to fill up my water bottle.
Individual points of interest: I think at the beginning, I was more likely to write down dreams where exciting stuff happened and hott celebrities were around, thus family was lacking. Now I write down everything that I remember.
Friends:
General trend: I never really liked any of my friends. I like myself, I like hanging out with myself and other people annoy the hell out of me. Friends to me are the people who you sit with at school, so you don't have to sit next to some weird kid. It decreases because the red shirts in our group at the time, slowly disappeared, until there were only 2 of them, and then in May 2008 onwards, there was 1. I no longer count him as a friend because I haven't seen him in 1.5 years and I forget he even exists now.
Individual points of interest: I didn't go to school in 2004, so my friend count was low as I didn't know anyone. My friend count went high mid 2005, which was when I actually started going to school and befriended a few people. Like I said before, the group dwindled down to just one person, now to none.
Celebrities:
General trend: It increases. A lot. I like TV shows and movies, as I've said numerous times before. This comes out quite clearly here. You may notice it starts to mirror the 'crush' line. When I'm on holidays, the celebrity line is high, crushes are low. And in school, celebrities are low, crushes are high.
Individual points of interest: The high amount at the end of 2007/beginning of 2008 is because I started watching 5 or so new shows (24, Dexter, Entourage, Ugly Betty, Chuck, Pushing Daisies, some other ones).
The increase at the end of 2009 there is most likely from Dawson's Creek, combined with Supernatural returning and various other shows. Dawson's Creek characters showed up a lot, annoyingly. It also didn't help I started watching Fringe around the same time, so it was like double Joshua Jackson.
Crushes:
General trend: At the high peaks, it's usually when school is on. When it goes down, it's because I'm on school holidays. Notice that the drops are always at the end of the year? The guy I like at the moment is the same guy I've liked since the beginning of 2007. I haven't seen him since November 2008, but he is so damn amazing and the people at uni are so fugly, that he is yet to be replaced.
Individual points of interest: The peak in 2006. I started liking this guy and then I liked him a lot. He was in a lot of dreams, especially for that point in time. I stopped liking him at the end of the year. The beginning of 2007, I started liking the above guy. Obviously, because I haven't seen him, I rarely dream about him anymore.
Pets:
General trend: Pretty much always constant and always low. While we have a fair amount of pets, and always have, they rarely turn up. The most dreamt about pets are Linx and Pilot Inspektor.
Individual points of interest: I think the little increase in 2007 was from us acquiring Pilot. I dreamt about him quite a bit.
In 2009, it increased because my dad bought an apartment, and had to get rid of the cats. I was VERY angry and upset about this and dreamt about it a lot.
